Please be advised that the Wayne County Self-Help Center shall be closed as part of the Court’s State of Emergency from Monday, March 16, 2020 through Thursday, March 31, 2022. During this closure, we encourage you to access the self-help navigation tools available at MichiganLegalHelp.org.
Please recognize that even after you prepare and save your document within the self-help tool that most court operations have been limited to only the most critical services. As a result, you may be unable to file your matter with the appropriate court until there is greater clarity on the scope of the present health crisis. For more information about COVID-19 and how this might affect a court hearing you have or a specific legal issue, please visit How will the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Emergency Affect My Legal Problem?
